    Congrats on your new arrival. Is Jester Junior a boy or girl?
    I remember that time well and I don't envy you or your misses one bit. My lad thought nights were for letting all the neighbours know he existed, which lasted about 10 months. YMMV. I hope it's significantly better. Mind you, after the first 10 months everything improved dramatically.

    Worked training around it, but max dead is around 260kg now instead of 300.

    Still amazes me how often you are able to deadlift

    Practice and adaptation.

    Didn't happen overnight.

    I also prioritise it over other lifts.

    PFS; 5-60kg, 5-100kg, 2,2,2-110kg

    SLDL; 5-100kg, 5-150kg, 3,3,3,3-190kg.

    Don't think I will maintain the SLDL. Far prefer hinge pattern variants. Probably rotate PDLs and SGDLs in a weekly basis.

    Maybe even unbelted deads.

    Lateral raise; 3x10 - 10kg.

    Some definite DOMs from Tuesday. FPDL is definitely best on Fridays.
