Guys & gals I am wondering about taking a 4-ad supplement while on HST. The thing is it's recommended to do a 2 week on-2 week off dosage. My thought is to do the following:
1. 2 weeks 15's "off"
2. 2 weeks 10's "on"
3. 2 weeks 15's "off"
4. 2 weeks 5's "on"
5. 2 weeks 15's "off"
6. 2 weeks negs "on"
7. SD
8. start cycle over.
The "off" weeks its recommended they be recovery type weeks & the "on" weeks be as intense as possible. The other thought I have is to do 3 sets of each exercise during the "on" weeks.
Any opinions as to the effectiveness of this. A few questions:
1. Would this detract from HST?
