Yeah its all moving in the right direction... would LOVE a 220 squat at the next comp in 6 weeks Bench is always pretty solid... but like you said... no one cares about bench

My favourite of those is pin squat. So at the moment I have 1 day in the week pin squating, then towards the end of the week I will use the pause squat for back off sets after my heavy single. Seen a lot of buzz about tempo squats coming from Mike T and the RTS guys. might give them a whirl after competition.
