Prep for my multiply debut in Dec has started, and being coached by one of the UKs top Multiply lifters,and one of my training partners has just totalled 1000kg at the Irish pro powerlifitng comp as multiply U125 lifter and as natural so I'm hoping I'm in good hands and can soak up some good knowledge on equipped lifting

Reverse hyper 4x10
This is a totally different training method than I'm used too... So will be interesting to see what happens
