Workout - 7/25/07 - Last WO of Cycle #10

HIT Warmup:
Side Bends: 60 - 15, 80 - 10, 100 - 5
Seated Calf Raises: 45 - 15, 90 - 10, 135 - 5

HST Workout:
Romanian Deadlift: 135, 225, 315 - WU, 365 - failed 3/4 way up, PR 335 - 1, 225 - 10
Back Squats: 135 WU, 185 - 4

Comments:
The deadlift fell 15lbs short of my goal for the cycle. DL and Squats are killer when the weight is so heavy! I may have to reconsider my frequency/volume approach for my 11th cycle.

This is my last post of the thread.

Final average bf% is about 13.8%, weight is 246, and max dead is 335
Started at 15.33%, 250, max 315
 
Big congrats on the PR. Hope you keep up the hard work into cycle #11. I think you will find many benefits to splitting up your squats and DL's.
