Thoughts...
So I maintained at 2500 for about three weeks, plus 2700 in week four...
Perhaps there was gain of less than half a pound, this is anyone's guess. Could be fluid, bloating, or just up regulation of glycogen storage and good ol sarcoplasmic swelling.
So I'm going to guess that my real maintenance caloric level is 2500 or a hair less.
Lets see how this goes...
