Your Parasympathetic activity appears to be abnormally elevated. This often means your body is actively recovering or possibly beginning to over reach. Lighter activity is recommended

Poor nights sleep, woke at 2:50 and pretty much laid awake until I got up 2 hours later!!!

The wife had a consultation with her Oncologist following her PET & CT scans and things are not going in the direction we want so was rather an emotional day for her.

Training will probably be a bit intermittent over the coming days depending on the other halfs emotions on the day.

I assume the above reduction in Readiness despite no training for two days (and yesterday was @ a score of 10) is due to stress levels regarding the other half's current health situation

Hoping for a change in the wind for you.

Hoping for a change in the wind for you.

Thanks for that, unfortunately this is incurable and the current chemo regime is to try and keep it at bay / slow it down which it has been doing for 12 of the last 16 months (22 months so far of chemo) but in the last 3-4 months it has failed to stop the progression, a new regime is due to start next week but not aware of what it will be yet.
