RECOMMENDED DAILY PROTEIN INTAKE

What amount of protein intake you recommend me , guys?
Some "official" opinion is a 1g per kg body mass . (Sorry, I`m confused with pound/kg values ,but 1kg=2.2 pounds).
Some nutritionists say that sportsmen should intake 1-2 g per kg of body mass. My daily intake is above 1 g per kg , but it varys. Will my muscles grow better if I take mpre proein? Whats your recommendation?
 
You may or may not grow better with more protein. I would recommend 1.6-2 grams per kilogram bodyweight. If you can get that much everyday you will be fine.

Don't forget to get a protein drink before and after your training. This will be the most important protein of the day.
