Slow bulk

missed Tuesday and Wed. Pretty good tonight, but had to go to the fitness gym, no chalk and no bumper plates.

squat cleans: 245 (111k) 2x5 PR
pendlay rows: 245 3x5
bench: 210 3x5

Putting the weight down with cleans really sucks when you're used to just dropping it.

But that PR hadda feel good -- even amongst the chrome and ferns and spandex...!
 
Sick and missed all week, except last night (Friday).

Hang squat cleans: 247 (112K) 2x5 PR
OH press: 125x7,5,5
chins: bw+35 3x5

Almost hit 120k 2x after my other clean sets. I was tired and tried, I landed on the ball of my feet both times and got buried at the bottom.

I hope he is alright. He did mention he was sick before he quit posting.
