Right knee was acting up on the fourth rep of the first set of squats. Continued carefully and finished all planned sets. Clustered the last set of incline bench 4-1 because my hands were sweaty and kept slipping farther out towards the edge of the bar. If grip had stayed I would have finished the set.

Felt strong. Still working on DL form and will keep increasing weight 10 lbs per session. Had some slight tightness in my upper right back on top of the shoulder blade. Will see how it is by next session Wednesday.

Back was feeling better so I decided to go to the gym. Foam rolled a bunch before hand and then went to squat. Last rep on first set I felt a stinging pain. Tried for another set but felt painful. Foam rolled before leaving. Will be taking more days off then one till back feels up to it. May start at the begining of the cycle as well even though I didn't make it all the way to maxes.
