Whats your favorite nutritional ratio?

Just kidding.

I don't eat pizza and don't drink beer.


For me it's 45% carbs, 35% protein, 20% fat.

That means

6 cups skim milk
6 scoops whey
3 bananas
2 chicken breasts
1.5 cups beans
1.5 cups corn
6 ounces steak
1 baked potato with black pepper only.

Every off day. On lifting days I add 10 ounces dextrose koolaid for an extra 35g carbs immediately post workout.
