Wheat Grass

What is the nutritional benefit of wheat grass? Does it count as a vegetable serving? Or more like a supplement(if anything)? I assume there is no fiber in its juice form.

The nutrient profile of cereal/wheat grass is similar to those of the most dark green leafy vegetables.

Dehydrated Wheat Grass (per 100grams)
Protein = 25gm
Fiber = 17gm
Calcium = 515mg
Vit A = 66,080 IU
Iron = 57.1mg
Selenium = 99.7mcg
Magnesium = 197.5mg
Potassium = 1,425mg

I think it's a convenient way to get more vegetation in your diet if you tend not to eat vegetables. Just my 2 cents.
