This is the single cycle that most requires patience. Although I have hit new personal bests (Fronts Squat and Bench Press), I’m so sure I can lift a lot more. And some T-shirts are getting a bit tight, too.

Barbell Bent-Over Row: 5 x 20 Kg / 44 lbs
