I am 5'11'' and weigh 320 lbs. I am on a 1100 calories a day diet as I need to lose about 90lbs or so. My daily protein intake is less than 100 gms. I started HST about a month back.
My question is - should I even bother with HST or any weight training routine until I am close...

I am on my first HST cycle and I just completed the 10s. I am really impressed with only a month of HST - in the last workout of the 10s, I was able to go past my 10RM (as previously calculated) by 5 to 10 lbs on most exercises.
My question is - is this ok to go beyond my 10RM in...
