Aaron: For some reason, I read "Atkins" as "low-carb" :) And rumor has it da a UD2 for bulk does the trick.

    ultimate diet 2.0

LBM stayed the same, at about 72kg. Fat weight from about 13 to 7.5kg. Thus I went from 15%bf 85kg, to 9%bf and went just under 80kg. That was one of the main reasons I quit the diet. Even thoug it was almost only fatloss, I couldn't stand seeing the weight fall below 80, after all I had done to...

    ultimate diet 2.0

its good. i went from 15% to 9%bf in 5 weeks. and that was my first cycle, I'm sure it will work better the next time. I wouldn't try to combine the two. The UD2 is mainly for fatloss, and it is far from optimal for mass gains. It also has some rather strict workouts you must do for results...

Well, assuming you want to do this out on the street or whatever, I think for choice of martial art, that Brazilian Jiu Jutsu should do the trick. Possibly some Muay Thai too. That should teach you to be brutal and ruthless. Which is important in a streetfight, where you likely want the...

    Driver and calories.

I posted this somewhere else, but I might as well do it here too. I checked out the HSN-specifics here (it's on the right side), and calculated a few times. The Primer, i get right(well, about 104. close enuff), the Driver just doesnt work. Why am I wrong? F - 1.5 = 13,5cal C - 4 = 16 cal P - 18...

Are you a martial artist, who wants to compete, or to do this for recreation, or to do this for beating up people? That would probably affect training. Also, what martial art are we talking about?

I have no clue what anoop was saying there, but man, you gotta learn to fight. That's the single most important thing. What's the point in having a flawless sidekick if you pussy out from a little smack to the face. Combat experience is numero uno.

Do some more strength specific training, do a bit of technique training, then find the best martial artists you can, and beat 'em up. Often.

Please Help - they try to ban supps in europe

Creatine is actually banned within several sports in Europe. I think it is for example illegal for a soccerplayer in Spain to use this supplement.

    Slight incline bench question.

OK. I'm currently at about 45-60 degrees I think. I train in a power-rack woth an incline/decline bench. many intervals, so 10 degrees shouldn't be a problem. I'll go with that in my next cycle, I guess. Then I can add weight :) Thanks guys

    Slight incline bench question.

Hey, I just wanted to know if the reason Bryan advocates a slight incline on the bench is to avoid the arching of the back? Are there other reasons as well? If so, what? How much of an incline would suffice? (I tried searching..) Thanks

    methods of cooking eggs

boggy: My eggs usually blow up if they're inside a microwave, and I try not to eat my food from the inside of the micro. Apart from that, great tip :)
