Hi guys, am gonna be doing a 5x5 setup soon, how does one go about doing a 5x5?
It seems like it would be very demanding if it is 5 heavy sets, how would you have the energy to perform all 5 sets of 5 reps with that heavy a weight? I'm sure there would be a long rest between sets...
Does anyone superset the exercises to save time?? Or will that be excruciating?
And i won't be 'pyramiding' sets up to a top weight in the 5th set, i honestly don't see the point in that, only for increasing strength.
