I'm sick of the leg press and its only my 3rd cycle. I don't feel it, and I hate queing up for "my turn" every workout. (Not to mention having to stack the damn thing with weight)
Prepping my 3rd cycle now, and want to throw another leg exercise besides squats into my PM workouts. (Squats are for the am)
Any suggestions of a good compound leg movement I could use?
