    Training was gash today.
    Feeling pretty drained, going to take the rest of the week off then that gives me 4 weeks to get my arse in gear and prep

    Did some light box squats tonight, and return of the back pain/cramping in the low bar position. At this rate I'll have to compete with a high bar squat

    Oh well done, those looked like really solid lifts! And 700 total.. amazing. Was wondering if the comp went ahead, sounds like a great day :)

    Havent posted a while, but AWPC Euros a few weeks back went well

    Squat 260
    Bench 172.5
    Deadlift 282.5
    Total - 715
    3rd place

    Now currently embarking on a multiply equipped journey, first multiply comp will be in December

    Messed around in briefs, bench shirt and squat suit for Deadlifts and it's going to take a lot of getting used too, but briefs and wraps last night and 310 squat went ok

    Prep for my multiply debut in Dec has started, and being coached by one of the UKs top Multiply lifters,and one of my training partners has just totalled 1000kg at the Irish pro powerlifitng comp as multiply U125 lifter and as natural so I'm hoping I'm in good hands and can soak up some good knowledge on equipped lifting

    DE Lower
    SSB Box Squat w/bands & briefs
    110 x3x10 (20 sec rest between sets)
    Leg Curls 4x15
    Hack Squat 5x8
    Reverse hyper 4x10

    This is a totally different training method than I'm used too... So will be interesting to see what happens
