I have a few cutting questions:
[1] What's the ideal heartrate to aim for when doing steady cardio?
[2] How long should you keep your heartrate up?
[3] How many times per week should you do cardio?
[4] What time in the day should you do it? (also should you eat before/after doing it, etc?)
[5] How do you target burning FAT instead of muscle?
A little info about me... I'm 5'-8", 155 lbs. and currently bulking. I've gained 5-6 lbs. in the last 8 weeks of HST, about to go on SD. My bodyfat is around 11-12% (I'm guessing here.. I can see my abs but they're "blurred"
. Anyways I want to bulk until May and then begin cutting.
[6] Assuming I reach 160 by May and that I accurately guessed my bodyfat, about how much weight would I need to lose in order to reach 8% bodyfat?
