Dead lift Question

I did the over/under grip, and three sets of 5 at 210 lbs was super easy!!!!

Looks like my 5RM will be increasing over the next couple weeks, as grip is no longer a limiting factor!

Great news e. I don't remember ever actually being able to say that any deadlifts were easy...even when I could only do 100lbs they were just HARD.

well, right, not easy, but tons better than just a workout prior. I could get one set of 5 before my grip would reach failure. Now, there is no sign of failure, and I feel like I can add much more weight! But it will be hard, I know!
