Estimating 10 rep maxes

I finished my 15's last friday and am about to start the 10's today. What is a good rule of thumb for estimating 10 rep maxes, given that I now know what my 15 rep maxes are? Is there a multiplier I can use?

Ideally, you want to measure these all in advance. But since you didn't this time, just use an online calculator. There is one here: http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html

Just put in the 15 RM and put in 15 reps, it will give you your estimated 1 RM then take appx 75% of that as your 10 RM.

Thanks. So basically you have to multiply your 15 RM by 75/65, i.e. multiply it by 1.15, in order to get your 10 RM
