static bar hold with heavy weight using overhand grip. just hold it for as long as you can and stretch those arms out. man will you have DOMS the next day.
 
sorry meant deadlifts - ican do deadlifts just for so - i know this will train my forearms indirectly pretty intense...the problem is that i cant complete my whole set then what sucks
