Sci...it feels great!
I have not measured anything...but I need to!
By looking in the mirror It has definatly spurred some growth or "something" in the past two weeks!
I am loving it for the moment...lots and lots of fun.
Two things I like...one is its one hellish PUMP...and I am seeing vains and lines I haven't seen in a long time.
And Two if you do miss a workout due to life or career that is adequate volume to overlap the missed day.
I just got back from the gym and this was my workout today!
Wide grip Hammer chest 3 sets of 10 reps (HEAVY)
11 rep max
Standing Cable Flys 2 sets of 10 to 12 reps ( medium)
15 rep max
Seated Rows 3 sets of 10 reps HEAVY
Bent over Rows 2 sets of 10 to 12 reps medium
2 sets of side cable flys 15 reps on first set 10 reps on the 2nd set (more weight)
Leg press
135 warmup
275 TABATA style for 2 minutes.
That was it....( i normally do direct arm work for 2 sets...but I was tired today)
I would love to see what this routine would do with a CALORIE SURPLUS??? ....HMM........
