How many workouts per week are necessary to...

I'm currently sorting through and boxing up all our crap because we may be moving in a few wekes. Which is keeping my up late at night and taking a lot of time. Because of this I'm finding it hard to get up in the mornings with any amount of energy for a workout. This may go on for a few weeks so I was curious if one workout per week will be adequate to maintain what I have gained.

So....is one workout per week enough assuming nutrition is at maintenance?

I agree - I would keep loads rather high though if this was necessary for more than a short period (2wks) probably utilize a 3x3 template @85%1rm+ (if it was me I'm saying).

Bryan has posted in the past that he also feels 1 workout a week is sufficient.

I like to do mostly 5 RM stuff, but with deads I go with something more like 3x3 or even just several singles...
