I'm currently sorting through and boxing up all our crap because we may be moving in a few wekes. Which is keeping my up late at night and taking a lot of time. Because of this I'm finding it hard to get up in the mornings with any amount of energy for a workout. This may go on for a few weeks so I was curious if one workout per week will be adequate to maintain what I have gained.
So....is one workout per week enough assuming nutrition is at maintenance?
