make your calculations based on the fact that you will lose 1 lb per every 3,500 calories you burn; so you can spread the 3,500 calories in 3 days or 1 week or the number of days you wish... however, I have read it is not advisable to lose more than 2 lbs per week and in other places no more than 1% of your body weight per week... if you do, you may lose muscle mass
