Finally hitting my 5 rep maxes this week, been a shock to actually lift at my rep max for the 5s. Strength seems to only just be holding on. One set for some exercises I had to drop a rep as I just couldn't keep up with good form. I guess they are called your rep max's for a reason lol. Overall, happy with the progress through the different phases. Next I'll decide if to keep on with the 5s or switch it up. Seeing as my strength is already falling (albeit only slightly) I might cycle back to the 15s soon.
