Pictures everyone?

Sorry Fausto.

Please, if you can erase the pictures.
I just wanted to show what I want in bodybuilding, but I forget the goal of this tread.
Sorry again.

Probably my fault - I had run across the fat guy eating the humongous burger on another forum and it cracked my up so I put it up to be funny - which may have encouraged deviation from the threads purpose - I've deleted it now .... Sorry

Russ, that was not the problem, yours was hell of a funny for sure! Its just that cgutcu got carried away!

By the way cgutcu, you can delete those yourself, leave one if you wish else we'll end cluttering our forum unecessarily. There is a delete button if you posted it yourself, note I am not a mod, but will help keeping the site clean!

HD, Try setting your camera to macro mode before taking close-ups.

Do you use chalk? Using it will help reduce the amount of callusing that builds up. Also, when you grip the bar try not to hold it too high in your palm so that once you lift you pinch the skin of your palm. That will exacerbate the problem. Instead, set the bar so that it rests in the crease between your palm and fingers. If you have it right, it shouldn't slip any lower when you lift.

chalk can make a huge diff.
if your gym doesnt have any you can still get your own and keep it in a ziplock bag in your own bag. you obviously dont need it for many exer. so it should last and a little goes a long way. get the blocks and you can just swipe it on your palms/fingers. i wouldnt recommend bathing in it like a lot of folks do, thats more for show and the quickest way to get your gym to outlaw its use as it causes a hell of a mess....on everything within 10-20 ft.

good luck

thanks bluejacket for e suggestion but
I tink i'll pass on e chalk, my deadlift
is reaching 205 ibs by end of this wk
(15 reps) & I tink it's better for me to use
straps. dun wanna get thrown out of gym
just cause of chalk, u know how anal
commercial gyms can be. it ain't exactly
ronnie's gym u know.

nice deadlift fausto, home gym?
erm but is there a typo?
1 kg = 2.2 ibs so 110 kg should be 242 ibs?
