Legs are still hiding lol. They are gettin' there though. I'll wait awhile to post new ones, hopefully by then they will be worth showing.
 
Well, I've put off posting a picture till it was the best I could do!

I've been doing HST for nearly two years and decided to compete Aug 13th, 2007. This is one of the pics after prejudging

I was a little softer than I'd like (some very heavy stress the day before didn't help!), but at 50, HST has helped me make some really great gains

GATOR- a monster in the making for sure , definitely the right genetics for the BBing side of the weight game. Pictures themselves are great too.

adb1x1 - Nice lats and quads. But where is the goofy bodybuilder smile you always see on guys like Cutler, etc when they pose? You definitely have my respect for having the guts to step on stage.

Not to sound fecitious but why do you post someone else's pics, the idea is to post your own so that we can see the improvements using HST!

And its ok to use someone else's pics once...but so many times?
