Side bends... the good and teh bad.

Ive been focusing a lot more on ab work lately and doing a good amount of side bends every work out day to craddle my abs along with my ab exercises.

im curious if over working or just to much oblique work, like dumbbell side bends will actually be a negative effect making my waist line a lot bigger and giving me a bigger appearance then what i want..

if anyone has any person experience with this , id love to hear your thoughts on anything you can share.

yes side bend will make your waistline bigger, i suggest doing bodyweight work for obliques, unless your an ectomorph
