Switching from UD2 training to Hypertrophy

Hi, I dont know if anyone's done UD2, but I ve been doing it for a while. Its training is sort of similar to hypertrophy, but, insomeways, even more demanding. Do I still need to do 15s, or can I start with 10s? Also, should I ve not been working out for 5 days now, do I need to rest some more before I start?
 
start monday..i would do the 15s follow the basic routine for a couple of cycles before you think of changing....i enjoy the 15s i have less rest beetween sets to make it harder..but dont rush your form for speed good luck on the hst :D
 
I'm not sure I understand your last question completely, but if you are asking if you should SD then the answer is definitely yes. I would take at least 10 or so days off before starting back with the 15's.
 
I would do at least 1 week of the 15s still for this cycle. Next cycle you could skip them though. Also, yes, as baby a said, you should SD at least 10 days. I would go 10 - 15, whichever fits into your schedule better.
