Hi,
I'm new to this website and forum. I hope I'm not repeating.
I've just started working out according to HST ideology, and also just started to take my eating seriously.
I'm trying to eat about 158 g protein
and 2740 cals daily
for bulking
(stats: I weigh about 158lbs and I'm thin)
The thing is at the end of the day I usually end up with about 170 or 180 g protein, and I usually just make it on calories or over shoot or under shoot by about 50-100.
Is extra protein "bad"?
or rather will it hinder me at all?
