With all due respect , Not only is this your second time posting this here , I noticed you did the same thing on other lifting boards- namely post a link to this discussion on another board and offer a "sound byte" with no effort , or even real info . C'mon , at least invest the time to make a real thread... and start a list of where you've already posted this to avoid the appearance of opportunistic psuedo-spamming...

I'm sure it's hard to keep track of where all you've posted links when you post them everywhere you can.
The advertising seems to work though.
