What Sport do you do?

Competitive badminton. Seriously, great workout, it's like HIIT with a purpose :)
Also jetskiing, windsurfing, swimming, occasional tennis, wakebording, kneeboarding, mountain biking, sometimes I even stumble around on roller blades

Used to practice traditional Tae Kwon Do, but it's been a few years.
