Wont give me the best total in the world but should get me in to the British next year barring any disasters on the day. Of course If I feel good on the day and feel like there is more there I will try and take it
 
Still dealing with this back niggle. Feels like sciatica but eases off once I get warmed up and moving, I’m just limiting the weight I put on the bar for now. Trying to get the balance of easing off to let it clear up without detaining to much this close to competition.

No training this morning, taking a recovery day. Will do some stretching, rehab type stuff after work. also going to make a conscious effort not to sit at my desk all day, I think that could be half the problem.

At least!!!

Kind of looking at a career change at the moment which would mean I wouldn't have to sit at a desk all day. But when you have 2 kids, a mortgage to pay, and you're in your mid 30s the "follow your dreams" thing whilst great isn't always that practical :(

Bulgarian time...

Maybe... I'm not sure my body would be able to handle the frequency right now. Plus tendinitis in the knee flares up if I squat more than 2 times a week at the moment.

A lot of it is due to only getting 4-5 hours sleep a night. Our 6 week old boy has colic so is very unsettled at night, that then wakes up the 2 year old. The joys of your body getting old and having kids lol.

Having a sports massage today, we'll see how we feel after that.
