300mg caffeine today and yesterday, probably pushing it for the GI track.

Will drop back to 200mg for Monday

Leg extensions 4xfailure-110, roughly 15, determined by left leg
WG upright row 3x10-70. Can probably microload next week
Fat grip BB curls 3x10-35. Feeling stronger at these.
Seated jumps 3x10. May hold onto plates to add load.
CB shrugs 3x grip failure-110, roughly 15
Step ups 3x10-40
Neck extensions 20-18,18,15. Going to build volume and endurance, Tuesday for load.
Reverse curls 3x10-35

Lots of water movement and variation I assume. This pace is probably slightly ahead of sustainable, but strength is still going up.

Neck extensions 3x20-20.
Standing jumps 3x10
Reverse curls 2x10-40. Missed three third set due to packing up early by mistake.

CB zercher holds; 30-45s after every lower body set. Felt great, hopefully some good erector work alongside the yoke.
