    Bryan, regarding fish oil

Studies have shown that when inhibiting PGF2a elevations following exercise with NSAIDs, increases in protein synthesis are blocked as well. Since diets high in omega-3 decrease PGF2a production, does supplementing with fish oil also negatively affect protein synthesis?

'Eating for Size''article does not give amounts of

Given that some antioxidants may hinder hypertrophy by reducing oxadative stress, do you think they should be avoided immediately before and/or after workouts?

'Eating for Size''article does not give amounts of

Just some food for thought: This study suggests that vitamin C supplementation after an injury increases tissue damage and oxidative stress, which, if I'm not mistaken, could be benifitial for hypertrophy.

Primer and Driver when doing a am/pm routine

I'm considering splitting my routine by training twice per day, 3 times per week. I will do 10-12 sets per training session (20-24 sets per day). If I take one serving of Primer before and one serving of Driver after each training session, it would give me a wopping 80 g of protein. At 80 kg, my...

Throw in a serving of Primer or Driver (or any other protein powder for that matter), and you'll have a great pre/post workout shake.

Bryan, in reference to the hair loss issue: what is more likley to happen when you end the cycle, that the hair loss stops or continues? Any chance that it will grow back? After all, test level goes back to normal once HTPA recovery is over, right? Are there any permanent side effects associated...

    Creatine

In my opinion both BIZ and Steve are right. There seem to be support to taking creatine before as well as after training. So take 1/2 before and 1/2 after to get the best of both worlds.

    Ionized WPI

Ion-exchange whey has a higher ratio of beta lactoglobulin, which is often associated with gastric upset, than filtered whey. Between ion-exchange and filtered whey, I'd go with filtered.
