    forgot my gainer at home! help!

    from what i know, gainer are basically pro and carbs turned into powder.. so i forgot my mass gainer at home and wondered what could i use... some told me gatorade... in powder or bottled? yet i have access to protein powder (ON 100% whey chocolate)... so i can make a shake and drink a gatorade...

    bulking ratio??

    could i gain too much fat by eating as much as 50% of carbs? even my protein intake is higher than the 1g/lb (200g of prot/day)... otherwise, I'd have to kick up my protein intake again to lower a bit my carbs intake..

    cool thx!! so basically, build up a diet of 1g/lb of prot, 0.5g/lb of EFA and everything else of carbs?? also, just wondering, on a cutting diet.. are we using the carbs the same way?? means that lowering the cals will obviously lower the carbs etc...

    MWF? TTHF? :) right now my hst (for bulking) is being done 2 set of 15, 10 and 5 respectively... oinly isolation movements i have are the incline bi curl and skullcrusher for tri... what would need to be change in this?

    im doing full too but with the smith machine.. since I havet worked my legs for liek 2 years and never done squat... and just thinking doing it regulary w/o the smith machine, is making me feel more uncomfortable, about security i mean.. like falling back or not be able to go back up...
