    Saw this article in New Scientist. Apparently fruits flies lived longer on diet low in fats and protein...approx 65% longer. Guess you cant have your cake and eat it (at least not if its got weight gainer in it)

    Strategic Deconditioning

    The idea is too get your muscles to think "hey..we got nothing to do...lets relax" So I guess basically dont do anything physically strenuous...tho I think that some cardio is ok.

    Thanks for that. Yes, I'm only working up to the pump so thats cool. I definately find it a better routine (psycologically) than my last cycle - we'll see how the physical results go at the end...I'm confident tho...

    Creatine dose

    There are (apparently) some 'not so pure' creatine products floating around. I think the general consensus is to get the creapure creatine - the good stuff. I load but only to get to the saturation point quicker...no its not necessary.

    Are you doing any shoulder exercises? I find my shoulders to be quite weak too and they dont seem to be that much stronger than when I started training (although they definately have got bigger).

    I couldnt see how he could cut AND gain mass in the way he did. He must have been pretty fit before hand. And I guess at that body fat % ANY muscle is gonna look great. I'm happy with my routine anyway...trying out a 6x/week one to see what kind of results I get
