    Models also have good lighting working for them to give an all around better chiseled look. For me, growing a goatee or the shadow-beard look makes my face look more defined. I got that genetic pigment thing working for me, but you may want to try getting a tan for that shadowing effect. :)

    All natural peanut butter is a good, tasty source of healthy fat. Plus, it has some fiber and protein. Add a couple of servings of fish oil and/or flax oil and you're already half way home. Italina salad dressing is another easy way to get those calories.

    Elliptical works wonderfully for me. To the poster who's about to use HIIT during a cutting cycle: I advise you to be careful about reducing your calories too much before starting HIIT; HIIT will significantly speed up your metabolism. Jump rope is another good method of doing HIIT.

    Can I put creatine in my whey drink?

    Am I the only one who puts my daily serving of creatine directly into my mouth and then pounds a glass of water??? It works like a charm, and you don't have to worry about getting the creatine stuck to the bottom or sides of the glass.
