I liked Fausto's exercise group, But at 6'3" deadlifts might not be a feasible/safe one. At least for me, my long @$$ legs get in the way. I do this: 
Squats, 
Pull ups (medium'ish/wide'ish grip, palms away), 
Prone leg curls, 
Dips, 
Cable Rows, 
Dumbell Over Head Press, 
Barbell Curls...
