    well, now i'm using just compounds (because of me cutting and bcs the injury). i'm doing just regular press. really? is dips better than decline press? :) that's just what i wanted to hear. is incline press any good for me? for what i know,from all the presses it will stimulos the less growth...

    regarding Q 2: it was a "what if?" question. i was just curios. i hadn't trained a week (injury) and i'm going crazy, so i wouldn't dare to miss a workout when i'm well. and what about lucky Q number 1? ;) ?

    i have some Q on cutting ande especially cutting with HST. 1) when a person cuts, the musscles don't grow.(not begginers). so, will it matter what exercise i choose for a certain bodypart. example: will it matter if i'll do bench press ot inline bench press. 2) on the same note, does it matter...

    i started HST3 months ago and i'm almost at the end of cycle 2. i'm 180 cm and startes at 75 (not sur on bodyfat but you could see some abs). now i'm 82.5 and just in the last monht i gained 4.5 kilos (but i think a lot from fat). i have some Q 1:what is a good fat "gain" to muscle...

    well, about the volume my previous prog. before HST was (just an example) 30 sets for chest. so yes, 12 sets in HST ,maybe is a little more than most people do but it helps me fall a sleep better at night :) . i'll altrnate every workout and my reasons are mainly better progression and variety...

    when i finish my current routine u'm planning to do 2 sets of workout for HST. i'll have a set of exercises to my A and a different one for B, but both of them will be all body workout. this way i can large my incerments and dol more exercises. anyone tried? recomend?

    i want to start ruacutanne treatment ( for acne) and i wanted to know if any of you guys tried it and what was the affect of it on you. if you don't know ruacutanne is pretty strong and causes A vitamine to go way up (and kill completly acne) but i've heard it causes fatigue and even mass loss.

    i just finished my first week of 5's and i added 2 kg. it's strange because it doesn't seem like i gained whight (not in mass and certanly not in fat- i don't think i gained fat) and my chest even looks smaller ( a problem because i like to build up the pecs more). any comments pls?

    bryan said that in the 5's the rest time between sets will probably be 2-5 mins. well, in this case my total workout time will exeed 60 mins. ah.....i'm confused, what to do?
