    Hey guys,

Just would like to give you update since i quit the log while ago because the forum and poping sites was really annoying (i mean technical stuff not you of course ;) . I do use google spreadsheet now.

Wanted to let you know that i did not give up on HST, still on it! I attached new picture, it is not biggest progress but i think i can definitely see some changes. It is mostly because my diet is not cleanest yet but i am getting there (but you know i just love beer). My weight right know is 81 kg so i am 5 kg down from winter (my waist is 82cm from 90cm) and i can feel that i am stronger.

Now some personal stuff. I quit my job and found new one, i am also moving to another city. The thing is, i will have to travel a lot in my new job (10 days abroad 4 days home...mostly). So i am thinking that i have to simplify my workout as much as possible so i can do it in most of the gyms right there. Do you think it is fine for example to build HST program only on barbell and dumbell exercises? I think there should not really be problem with that, just would like to hear opinion from someone who has more experience.

    Thank you for everything.

Welcome back, no problem at all with only barbells and dumbells, in fact I only train with a barbell (with a bench and squat rack of course)

Thanks, as u can see i already did workout with barbell only while cutting. Just did not know if i can use it when i will start lean bulking. But i probably will not have any other option.

I just switched barbell row for pendlay row and now trying to implement clean and press which i enjoy a lot.

The site looks ok now, i will probaly continue my log here again :)

Id go as far to say you only need a barbell, I rarely use DB's in my training. ;)

    Welcome back!
