    Front Squat - 75
    Deadlift - 115
    Bench Press - 77,5
    Pendlay row - 65

    Pull up - 6,5,4,3,2 - BW+5kg
    Dips - 6,5,4,3,2- BW+5kg

    So this was my last workout last week. Now i am taking 11 days off for SD. I have two music festivals Masters of Rock and Colours of Ostrava. I will probably go cycling or light rucking. See you next Monday!

    Hi. I am after vacation. Started new HST cycle yesterday. I forgot how pain in the ass 15s are, but it was good to be back.

    Deadlift - 70 - just one set
    Incline dumbell press - 14
    Clean and Press - 25
    Cable Row - 25
    Hammer Curls - 6

    Pull ups - 7,5,3,2,2 - BW
    Dips - 7,5,3,2,2- BW

    Edit: Oh and i forget to mention. I have dips and pull ups in all my workouts because one of my goals is do muscle up - i do some other miner exercise for it.

    Cable Row - 30
    Hammer Curls - 7

    Pull ups - 7,6,5,4,3 - BW
    Dips - 7,6,5,4,3- BW

    Much better workout than the first one.

    All the best with your muscle-up goal. When you do your pull-ups, try to bring your elbows back and down as far as possible so that you are doing more of a chest to bar pull-up. This is really hard to begin with so you probably won't manage it for all reps but try on the first few when you are strongest.

    Yes i am trying to do "chest to bar pull up" but as you said last reps are really hard to do it :) Anyway thanks for your feedback!

    Tomorrow i will go firts time to my new job. I will travel a lot. Do you know any sites or something where are list of gyms ... does something like this even exists? I will coordinate the building of technology machines in car factories so i will have to stay for week or more in city i have never been before somewhere in Europe. Do you have someone experience with something like that?
