Yeah, with these, I am, because 135 is relatively light and I don't feel it in my sore glute

MS Overload Week II, Workout V

Incline Bench: 165 - 5 (MS)
Weighted Chins: - BW+75 - 5 (MS)
Clean & Press: 135 - 5

20 minutes cardio

NOTES: Feeling just the right amount of burnout, I think, for working out 5 days in a row. Something positive is happening with my body, I'm just not able to quantify exactly what. I know my shirts fit tighter, but pants are just as baggy.

Bought some new work slacks today....30s. Down from my bulking high size of 36!

MS Overload Week III, Workout I

Flat Bench: 225 - 5 (MS)
Weighted Pullups: - BW+55 - 5 (MS)
Clean & Press: 145 - 5 (MS)

NOTES: Felt strong today. Skipping iso's this week & just focusing on the big ones. Back a little better, but nowhere close to 100%

Tks, Liege! It's nice to know that all my lifts are not going into the crapper while my butt cheek injury heals!

MS Overload Week III, Workout II

Incline Bench: 170 - 5 (MS)
Good Mornings: 135 - 15
Power Shrugs: 315 - 20
Bent Over Rows: 185 - 5 (MS)

NOTES: The best my injury felt in weeks. Since I wasn't favoring it at all, I decided to do some light good mornings & heavier power shrugs, and even some bent over rows. I'm not going to push it too much, though. Hopefully, in two weeks I can return to heavy deadlifting/squatting if my symptoms are completely gone.

Yeah, they suck the big fat one, especially the slow-healers!!

MS Overload Week III, Workout III

Flat Bench: 225 - 5 (MS)
Weighted Chins: BW+80 - 5 (MS)
Clean & Press: 145 - 2, 135 - 3

NOTES: Clean & press felt a little too heavy today, so I dropped the weight a bit. Feeling slightly overtrained (a good thing), and 1 more w/o to go b/4 the weekend break.

Indeedely-doodily!

Tks for the props, liege!

MS Overload Week III, Workout IV

Incline Bench: 155 - 10 (MS)
Weighted Pullups: BW+45 - 10 (MS)

NOTES: As a change-up, decided to just do two exercises. This weekend, I'll be surfing it up at the beach, so no extra cardio. I dunno if I'm eating at maintenance. I think I am, but doggonnit, I've been really outta control hungry lately, which is kind of unusual for summer, no?

The elation I felt at having no pain in my butt cheek was somewhat dampered by some small twinges returning today. It's still better than it was, but nowhere near ready to risk a 465 dead or a 355 squat. With any luck, I might be able to incorporate some of these movements next week, but I will only do so if the pain is completely gone.

I'm surely done cutting, for the most part. BF test is @ the last week in June. Next spring, I may go for under 7%, but I just don't have it in me this year. Also, next year, I'm gonna get myself some stimulants. People rag on T-nation, but their Hot Rox & Spike combo worked wonders for me last year. I was never hungry, and always had plenty of energy for working out. Doing this stuff cold turkey is...well...for 'da birds!

MS Overload Week IV, Workout I

Flat Bench: 230 - 5(MS)
Squats: 225 -10 (MS)
Weighted Chins: BW+90 - 3 (MS)

NOTES: Weighted chins were a nice surprise, and squats were invigorating. Miss them a whole lot. Every time I think my butt injury is 99% healed, I have a setback, so this time, I ain't saying $hit.

tks, liege....God knows how many it is over my bw, really, b/c I'm due for my next BF analysis in about 10 days. My guess is, I'm probably under 160 now, or at the very least, right around there.

MS Overload Week IV, Workout II

Clean & Press: 165 - 5 (MS) - PB@5!
Bent Over Rows: 225 - 5 (MS)
Incline Bench: 165 - 5 (MS)

NOTES: No doubt I pressed my bw, at least, which was a great feeling. Been a long time since I've had a PB with anything, so I'll take it. Rows felt good, no butt pain - oops!!! Better hush up, don't wanna jinx it
