Rihad's log

I don't really know, it's hard for me to predict anything when my abs are at ~20mm while arms, chest, thighs are at 4-6mm... I still need to lose a decent amount of fat from my ab/waist/midsection area, probably reaching 6% or something overall (as measured by J/P-7). There will be no more blood bulk after that :) Maintaining lean looks while progressing in your training is cool. How much I weigh is a function of how much I eat, so I will try to gradually increase the base food I eat daily by small bits while not sacrificing leanness at the same time. The idea is to increase the base BW occasionally by +0.5kg and wait until the extra food settles in, gets recomped as lean mass gains.

0.5kg over what time period? A year? A quarter?

Sooner or later your hormone levels will be fighting against you if it's too slow.

It all depends on being able to maintain a given leanness level. Wait for the extra base calories to assimilate, get recomped, make sure you're happy with how lean you are at the new BW, repeat. Progress in workouts (relative load/time lifted) is fairly essential to make it real.

Well done, Rihad! You have some decent cuts in your quads visible now. It's interesting to me to see how your lower-body fat level has dropped much lower than mine would for the same upper-body fat level. My legs only show visible cuts like yours when my upper-body is quite vascular. Maybe your upper-body is there too but it doesn't look like it in the pics—perhaps because they are blurry? Try doing some push-ups and a few chins and then take some better pics.

Thanks, @Lol, I'm still quite pumped up on them as they were taken about an hour after the gym.
There's definitely a decent amount of fat to shed in my midsection. I've used a few carb-ups (refeeds) to attempt 100% fat loss and LBM retention.

Morning BW: 59.8kg (131.8 lb), waist: 66.4cm (26.1")

Changes in bodycomp warrant more frequent photo sessions, or so I hope ;)
