Are You Doing Too Much Volume?

Progress is indicative of adaptations.
not
Forcing progress 'causes' adaptations.

Ah that's really well put :D. Yeah just to provide conditions in which adaptions can occur, and not force the progress. And that it's okay to take your time with it, no need to shortcut anything, but to listen to what the body needs. Some would for sure do better to train harder and develop that 'yang' drive and intention, and others need to relax more ('yin') and allow things to progress naturally, and to intuit and alter things according to what's actually beneficial. I definitely fall in the latter category XD

thanks, hey good thoughts, agree!

It's been the same for 10 years. But it is tested every 6 months. I am at 75% of the max dose and that keeps me at about 800 ng/dl. I think usage will increase in the future as the benefits are now more effectively communicated and the downsides with correct dosing are negligible.
800 ng/dl?? Whoa, I wish I had those levels... My testosterone was down around 240 ng/dl and it is currently the highest it has been at 290 ng/dl. Two Docs both say I don't need TRT, so I have been playing with hormones and this is why I have seen an increase I believe. I will keep playing and see how I go.

Most regular Docs are still in the dark ages when it comes to TRT. Have you gone to a specialist, i.e., an Endochrinologist?

I was given a referral some time back, but never went. I hate seeing Docs and Specialists and all that garb. Both Docs really down played my T levels, so I just shrugged it off. Last test seemed to indicate that the signal pathway from the brain was ok? Whatever it is, I am not a candidate for TRT apparently. According to the Doc, one of the readings was fine and that is what they tend to look at the most.

I would say that if you are happy with your gains, energy level and your sexual performance, then you are correct.
