Ah that's really well put . Yeah just to provide conditions in which adaptions can occur, and not force the progress. And that it's okay to take your time with it, no need to shortcut anything, but to listen to what the body needs. Some would for sure do better to train harder and develop that 'yang' drive and intention, and others need to relax more ('yin') and allow things to progress naturally, and to intuit and alter things according to what's actually beneficial. I definitely fall in the latter category XD
