Yeah it’s getting there, although I felt the 2nd rep was a bit sloppy

I might start including the rows.

They mimic the bottom half of the lift for me really well, from the break to just past my sticking point.

That and my back is swelling up like a stingray or something

How far off is the coaching from being reliable?
Not sure, there would be some payout but if it is just statutory then it wouldn’t be much

My coaching is a long way from being a main source of income, only brings in at the moment around £300 a month

Not really pal, spoke to a few people at the gym today and they can get me work but about 1/2 of the salary I was on. So at least I wont be totally unemployed but I live in the in an area of the country that is pretty rural and not a great deal about

Product Analyst

Basically analysing and monitoring stock movements and histories from raw materials through to finished goods

To be fair the job itself was boring as hell, just losing the security of a decent income is the bummer
 
Not feeling the core drill that much. Purpose?

I saw it on one of Quin Hennochs vids a while ago on his clinical athlete page

Supposed to help with hip ‘mobility’ whilst strengthening the ‘core’

I quite liked it and is quite a fun variation to do.

But In all honesty I did it for the gram
