It's been almost 3 weeks since I started doing my PCT. I am feeling fine and I have not lost as much as feared ;)...now I got the following question:
During my Testo-E cycle I tried to do something like 6-8 reps per set on Bench and 8-10 reps per set on Squat and Deadlift. Now...
So, basically this diet asks me to eat very low carb (only very low glycemic carbs) on 6 days and then 1 day i load up on carbs - preferrably in the morning and not in the evening?
Is that all I have to do?

Aright! I just started my first HST routine while being in my first AAS cycle! I skipped SD since I can increase weights due to AAS and also since I started HST in the midst of my cycle...next time I will do SD!
My cycle looks like this and I train every 2nd day:
Squat: 2x8-10
Deadlift: 1x6-8...
OK, so if I'd do it this way, what would you think?
Full body, on average 3-4x per week(1-1 ratio)=>is that OK?
(start with adequate warm ups, of course)
